Signature Pond and Patio is owned and operated by Stanley and Lydia Sensenig and our children.
We started our landscaping business in 1995, providing property maintenance services.
We then installed our first koi pond in 1996 and were "hooked." Over the following years we have
fazed out most aspects of our business to focus primarily on designing on installing water features
and patios. We currently install between 40 to 50 features per year. We also offer a year round
water garden maintenance service. We have been among the first contractors nationwide to qualify for the Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) designation. Of the 62,000+ contractors nationwide
that install ponds, there are only approximately 320 Certified Aquascape Contractors.
